Machine Details:

1. Bucket Conveyor For Feeding

You filling your product into storage hopper with vibrator. Product will be delivery by the buckets one by one

Finally , product will be filling into the Multihead weigher.

2.Jar Divided Device

The suckers will suck the jar and divided it one by one on the line.

3..Multihead Weigher For Weighing the Product

After getting the product from the bucket conveyor, the Multihead weigher will weighing it by combination.
This with high accuracy about 0.1-1g.The multihead weigher also can
counting the product .
4. Filling Station
After weighing, the multihead weigher will fill the right weight of
product into jar one by one

The Biggest Advantage of The Multihead weigher:
To promise the high accuracy of package, it will have device. The
jar will get the correct weight from the straight filling tube ,
and the other one tube is used to filling the unqualified Product.
